Detailed description of The Bridges Golf Course

The Bridges Golf Course, previously the Players Club of Henderson, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Henderson, Kentucky.

Players Club Of Henderson first opened for play in 1999. The course closed in 2015. The City of Henderson bought the property and its now managed by K&J Management. The new Bridges Golf Course features 18 holes and is updated from the previous layout. The Bridges opened in the summer of 2019.

This links-style course is situated on relatively level terrain, but the design does feature a copious amount of mounding around the fairways and greens.  Twelve lakes and proliferation of sand bunkers combine to make the layout extremely challenging.  The most difficult hole on the course is #5, a 445-yard, par 4.  After carrying water off the tee and contending with two large fairway bunkers, this hole culminates with a downhill approach shot to a well-bunkered green.
